材料 ✿ 作法
✿  去骨雞腿排 2片

✿  蔥末與香菜末 適量

✿  花生米 適量

①   將去骨雞腿排與醃料拌勻後,可放置冰箱冷藏30分鐘。

②   將去骨雞腿排與醃料一同放入蒸爐以100度蒸20分鐘。

③   取出雞腿後立刻放入冰水中冰鎮,取出後再表面塗抹適量香油後切片。

④    將調味料拌勻後淋上雞腿肉片,並撒上蔥花與香菜末即完成。

醃料
✿  米酒 適量

✿  蔥一把、薑4片、鹽少許

調味料
✿  醬油 2匙

✿  白醋 2匙

✿  麻辣紅油2匙

✿  白糖少許

✿  香油數滴
